Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Stir until well mixed.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8×8 baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce or cayenne pepper.
- If the dip is too runny, add more cheese or cream cheese to thicken it.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
