Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or evaporated milk)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Mix Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, cream, sugars, eggs, spices, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Prepare Crust: Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pour the filling inside.
