Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush half over the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
