1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place on a lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush half over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
